I just dechlorinated and mixed my water with salt. Everything seems settled and cleared. Is it okay to put in my live sand now? After 24 hours can I purchase live rock and put it in?

Sand now, rocks in a week. You don't want to totally over run the tank here. Give the live sand time to die off. Your live rock is more than likely already cured so you will not get much die off here. Give it a week between the two.
